The name says it all, when you arrive you will feel like you just arrived at the Hamptons. This beautifully restored home is just short walk to the white sandy beaches of Burrum Heads.

Three separate lounges will always let you find a quiet spot to relax. The huge kitchen has all modern conveniences and the dining room will cater for large family meals. The open plan living area opens to the huge deck with outdoor lounge, dining table and BBQ overlooking the beautiful inground pool.

After the day on the beach, soak your tired body in the spa bath or the deep free standing bath, go swimming in the pool or just sit and enjoy a relaxing drink.

All living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans and the home is fully screened.

Plenty of off street parking for the boat and cars in the single lock up garage and the double carport.

Sorry- No Pets. Double sofa is only suitable for 2 small children or a single adult. No sheets and towels supplied. Hire linen is available for extra cost. No smoking inside.
