Upstairs Retreat:
The upstairs unit features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps up to five guests comfortably. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with a microwave, as well as a spacious lounge area with TV/DVD/CD player for entertainment. Step out onto the verandah overlooking the water and inground pool, or fire up the gas BBQ for alfresco dining. The unit is also equipped with security screens, fans, and a double lock-up garage for added convenience.
No Pets, No Smoking:
To maintain the pristine condition of the property and ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Safety and Convenience:
Please note that there are no internal stairs connecting the bottom level to the top level, offering privacy and separation between units. Additionally, while the property is not fully fenced, guests are advised to take care with children for their safety.

Wayne T - 12th March 2024Spent 2 weeks at Ocean Shores Up from the 17th of Feb. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing and beautiful spot. Weather was perfect, spent everyday enjoying the pool, and fishing right in front of the property. Great position, with shops literally across the road. Property has everything you need, and always lovely sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. Will definitely be back to enjoy the peaceful paradise of Burrum Heads.

Catherine Dennis - 30th April 2023A comfortable stay for 4 nights with two couples 60+. The unit was clean and classic in a seventies style which we loved. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom spacious. The days were cooler allowing us to enjoy the sun on the deck. The sleeping accommodation was a queen bed which was very comfortable, and the second bedroom a double with single over bunk style. The bunks made it difficult due to our age and mobility and this should be considered when booking.
